Through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, Pennsylvania College of Technology students and community volunteers from The Salvation Army are once again helping hundreds of low-to-moderate-income residents prepare their tax returns. The volunteer preparers (all of whom are trained and certified by the IRS) are tax, accounting, business, finance and legal assistant students at Penn College.
